Michael G. Lewis & Son,  have been in the field of letting and managing  property in Swansea since 1966 making us one of the longest established letting agents in Swansea.

The above is the Lewis Coat of Arms and the motto “Patriae Fidus” means faithful to one’s country, which we believe is the founding of good solid business.

My name is Rob Lewis, I joined my father in 1982 and now head the company. I was one of the first in the country to pass the Technical Award in Lettings and Management which is a level 3 qualification. I was accepted into the College of Fellows of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) in 2009 and have been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1989

Michael, who founded the company is now virtually retired but still enjoys looking after some of our older clients , some of whom have been with us since 1966!

Our office is powered by our property management co-ordinator Annette Grinter, who has been with us for the pastday eight years and looks after the day to day contact with Clients and Tenants..

Having been letting property in Swansea for so many years, we have adapted to the changes, not only in terms of legislation, but also as far as IT is concerned, and are always updating our infrastructure to cope with modern day scenarios.

Letting property is complex from the point that the unwary can easily trip up on legality issues. However, we have attained the knowledge to be able to deal with most situations and are more than able to give advice an all aspects of residential letting.

We let houses and flats  in most parts of Swansea and currently manage properties in areas such as Brynmill, Dunvant, Gower, Killay, Llansamlet, Loughor, Morriston, Mumbles, Newton, SA1, Swansea City Centre, St Thomas, Uplands as well as points in between.We are also able to let and manage Houses in Multiple Occupation properties in the Castle and Uplands wards of Swansea subject to local HMO requirements.
